Michael has 30+ years’ experience as a chef and concept-developer. From 1976 until 1997, Michael was a leader in culinary development at The Levy Restaurants eventually serving as Senior Vice President and Partner. In 1997 Michael joined Nordstrom where he was responsible for all of Nordstrom’s culinary efforts at their 52 company restaurants. During his time at Nordstrom, Michael authored 4 best-selling cookbooks. Michael joined the WJP Restaurant Group as Vice President and Executive Chef upon inception in 2016
